Active and extensive participation in all aspects of federal and state
court litigation – including pleadings, discovery, motions, trials,
appeals, and arbitration and other alternate dispute resolution methods
– in the following substantive areas: health care, administrative law
(Article 78), real estate (including landlord-tenant, co-operative and
condominium and condemnation disputes), corporate control, partnership,
banking (including note collection, commercial and residential mortgage
foreclosure, and lender liability), receivership, contracts, brokerage,
restrictive covenant, franchising, securities, bankruptcy, personnel,
employee benefits, discrimination, product liability and other tort,
intellectual property, credit, anti-trust, and class and derivative
actions; preparation of Certificate of Need applications, drafting of
contracts (including real estate, sale of assets, employment);
including Medicare and Medicaid; serving as an American Arbitration
Association arbitrator and a mediator for the New York Supreme Court
commercial mediation project.
